Getting Started 3
The easiest way to start is the free Brand Clarity Assessment — 8 questions, 2 minutes, and you walk away with a personalized score and your top 3 visibility gaps. No email required to start.
From there, book a free 30-minute clarity call with Dawn. You will leave with at least one thing you can act on immediately — whether or not we end up working together.
We work with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and founders who are great at what they do but not showing up consistently online. Most of our clients are in one of three situations:
- They have never really invested in social media and need to start the right way
- They have been posting but nothing is gaining traction
- They know their presence needs work but do not have time to figure it out themselves
We are based in Brentwood, CA and serve the East Bay area as well as clients remotely nationwide.
A clarity call is a free 30-minute conversation with Dawn — no pitch, no pressure, no agenda except helping you figure out where your business stands online and what to do about it.
We will look at your current social media presence, talk through your goals, and identify the one or two things that would make the biggest difference right now. You leave with something actionable regardless of whether we work together.
Services & Pricing 3
We offer three core services:
- Social Media Management — done-for-you content, scheduling, and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Brand & Grow Retainer — our flagship monthly package combining social media management, content strategy, SEO/AEO/GEO optimization, and LinkedIn consulting
- LinkedIn Consulting — profile optimization, content strategy, and thought leadership positioning for professionals and business owners
We also offer standalone content strategy sessions and brand voice development for businesses that want to build their system before handing anything off.
Pricing is scoped based on your specific needs, platforms, and posting frequency. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all packages because no two businesses are the same.
The best way to get accurate pricing is to book a free clarity call. We will talk through what you actually need — not what sounds good on a service menu — and give you a clear proposal from there.
We do not lock clients into long-term contracts. Our retainer services are month-to-month with a standard notice period for cancellation outlined in your service agreement.
That said — social media strategy compounds over time. Clients who commit to at least 90 days consistently see meaningfully better results than those who try it for a month and stop. We will be upfront about what realistic timelines look like for your specific situation.
Working with DRA 2
A few things that genuinely set us apart:
- 25 years of operations experience — not an agency background. Dawn thinks like a business owner because she has been one, which means strategy grounded in how businesses actually grow.
- Strategy first. Always. We do not post to post. Every piece of content has a purpose, a platform, and a place in your bigger brand story.
- AI search visibility — most social media agencies are still talking about hashtags. We are building your presence for SEO, AEO, and GEO — because that is where your clients are looking in 2026.
- Your voice, not ours — we spend significant time understanding how you actually talk before we write a single word on your behalf.
That depends on the service and how much you want to be involved. For full social media management, most clients spend about 30-60 minutes per month in a strategy session with us — and we handle the rest.
We do ask for your input on content approvals, especially in the first 30-60 days while we are calibrating your brand voice. After that most clients are comfortable with a lighter touch review process.
LinkedIn Consulting 2
LinkedIn consulting with DRA typically covers:
- Full profile audit and optimization — headline, about section, experience, featured section, and banner
- AI search optimization so your profile surfaces when the right people are looking
- Content strategy — your pillars, your posting cadence, and your formats
- Thought leadership positioning — turning your expertise into content that builds authority
- Connection and outreach strategy for lead generation
- Ongoing coaching and accountability
We treat LinkedIn as a full lead generation platform — not a digital resume. That is where most people are leaving opportunity on the table.
Absolutely — especially for service-based businesses, B2B, and anyone whose clients are professionals. LinkedIn is the highest-intent social platform that exists. People are there specifically to do business.
What most small business owners get wrong is treating it like a resume or a broadcast channel. The businesses winning on LinkedIn right now are using it to build relationships, demonstrate expertise, and generate inbound leads — consistently.
SEO · AEO · GEO 2
Think of them as three different doors to the same house — being found by your future clients:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) — getting your business found when people Google you or your services. The foundation. Still essential.
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) — instead of just ranking on Google, you become the direct answer Google surfaces before anyone even clicks a link. Featured snippets, voice search, AI Overviews.
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — making sure that when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity "who is the best [your service] in [your city]" — your name comes up.
Most small businesses in 2026 are only optimizing for one of these. We build your presence for all three.
No — and this is actually one of the biggest opportunities for small businesses right now. AI search rewards clarity, consistency, and credibility — not budget.
What AI tools look for when deciding who to recommend:
- A consistent, clear online presence across platforms
- Service descriptions that are specific and structured
- An optimized Google Business Profile
- Reviews, mentions, and directory listings that signal trust
- Content that answers the questions your clients are actually asking
None of that requires a massive budget. It requires strategy and consistency — which is exactly what DRA provides.
Social Media Strategy 2
The honest answer: the ones your ideal clients actually use — not all of them.
For most small businesses we work with, the strongest combination is:
- LinkedIn — for B2B, professional services, and thought leadership
- Instagram — for visual storytelling, community, and brand personality
- Facebook — for local community, events, and reaching slightly older demographics
We would rather help you show up consistently on two platforms than show up sporadically on five. Consistency beats presence every single time.
Real talk: social media is a long game. Here is what a realistic timeline looks like:
- Days 1-30 — foundation, optimization, brand voice calibration, first posts live
- Days 30-60 — audience begins to recognize your presence, engagement starts building
- Days 60-90 — content compounding kicks in, inbound inquiries begin
- 90 days+ — consistent lead flow, audience growth, measurable ROI
We track everything and report monthly so you always know what is working. If something is not landing we adjust — fast.
Brand Clarity Assessment 2
The Brand Clarity Assessment is a free 8-question tool that evaluates your current online presence and gives you a personalized score and action plan. It takes about 2 minutes.
At the end you get:
- A percentage score showing where your business stands online
- Your three biggest visibility gaps — specific, not generic
- A clear recommended next step tailored to your answers
- An option to book a free clarity call to go deeper
It is completely free. No email required to start. No pitch at the end.
It is genuinely free. No catch.
We built it because we believe the first step to helping someone is giving them clarity about where they actually stand — before asking for anything in return. If the assessment is useful and you want to take the next step, great. If it is not the right time, that is fine too.
The only thing we ask at the end is whether you would like to book a free clarity call. You can say no. We will not follow up unless you ask us to.
Still have a question
we didn't answer?
Send it directly to Dawn. We respond to every message personally within one business day — and we are always happy to talk through your specific situation.
